My Story in Short!
I have been serving the Lord through Women's Ministry for over 25 years. This is a real passion for me.
Growing up in a Christian home with wonderful parents gave me a great start in life. My father’s unexpected death when I was 13 years old put quite a spin on things. Although I continued to serve the Lord, things took a sharp turn toward rebellion in my late teen and early adult years.
Praise God He is a forgiving and restorative God!
I have been married to a wonderful man, Vince, the love of my life, for 25 years. We enjoy speaking together at couples retreats, banquets, and conferences.
Our children are such a highlight in our lives. Our eldest daughter, Ashley and her husband Mel have two 2 beautiful children. Their home has become a hub for family events. My grandchildren are more of a blessing than I could have imagined! Rachel is next in line. She and husband Frank live nearby as well and are expecting in the fall of 2011. Together, they lovingly rise to the occasion of caring for his grandmother. Our “baby” Vincent graduated from High School in January 2011. He is a gifted singer and musician. He leads worship at a Christian camp in the summers. He plays at churches for coffee houses and youth events. Home schooling him has given us time to really appreciate who he is as a person.
I enjoy spending time with women's groups. Making new friends in various cities is a special blessing that comes with speaking engagements.
God has called me to minister to women through His Word, my life experience, and usually in my bare feet! My joy and passion is sharing the love of Jesus with others.
My life verse is Ephesians 2:10 “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to good works, which God has before ordained that we should walk in them”. Through this verse and many others, I encourage women to recognize their value from God’s perspective and then go on to utilize all the gifts, talents and abilities He has given them.
My joy is bringing clarity from God’s Word to your unique theme ideas. Contact me about joining your next meeting, retreat, conference or event. Together we can discuss your vision for the group. I love to correspond Bible teaching with a visual theme to help women remember God's lessons to us.
My prayer team prays for your event and even the women by name if we have that info.
I believe the Bible is the infallible Word of God and our instruction manual for life. I believe Jesus is the only way to salvation!
